Common questions

How do I join my workplace's schedule? Ask your manager for an invite, then sign up and join the organization. Your manager approves your request before you appear on schedules.
I'm a manager — how do I build a schedule? Create an organization, add your team and job roles, then build and publish a schedule. Your staff are notified the moment it's published.
How do shift swaps work? Staff can request a swap or ask a coworker to cover. Requests route to a manager for approval and expire automatically before the shift starts.
How do I manage my subscription? Open Settings → Subscription in the app to view, upgrade, or restore your plan. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID.
How do I delete my account? Open the app's Settings and use the account deletion option. This permanently removes your personal data.
